I've been a client for around 15 years, and go to the Pilates group sessions for the reformer workouts twice a week. It's the very basic training that's a foundation for the more advanced work that's above my level, but I truly enjoy the small-group experience with other people that I've gotten to know in the classes. I get the workout and the motivation that I need to stay in shape, guided by expert trainers who watch every muscle. And they're fun people to be around - smart, involved and well-rounded.

I much prefer this environment to the big gym workouts and mass Pilates mat exercises, it's very individual and tailored to your health issues - which the trainers are careful to check in with you at every session. So for me it's a great exercise regime that works with my overall health management program, and that's hard to find in the larger workout operations. This is a bespoke service!

I love ATP, I've been going with my son for physical therapy, him for his back and me for my right arm. Betty is wonderful, she is knowledgeable and amazing healer. CJ and Rosa are also wonderful with the work they do with me. I love the atmosphere and it is so close to my house and it is very clean. Highly recommended.

Horrible client service. Will never go back again. Gave them a chance for about two months. The receptionist is the face of the company, and when she is a bad person, it reflects on the company as a whole. Below is my Yelp review:

"Really unfortunate experience here. I booked appointments in advance only to have them cancelled, with no available make-up times. The idea behind physical therapy is that you can get good, regular attention to your body. The work being down was good, but it was way too difficult to make it regular.

They are also understaffed and overbooked. At times there would be one therapist juggling multiple clients at the same time. Double-booking time slots only hurts the clients, because they get half the amount of attention and focus they need.

On top of this, one of their receptionists is way too proud and comes off extremely rude. Every time I walked out of here after being "helped" by her, I was agitated and worked-up. Aren't you supposed to leave a physical therapy appointment feeling better. Don't get me wrong, the younger receptionist is very nice and accommodating, and I think the actual care ATP provides is solid. However, they have some major issues to fix.

There was so much promise here, and all I'm left with is a feeling of disappointment."
