The overall experience with Elizabeth was amazing!!! She not only did an amazing job she educated me on how to take care of my skin better. It’s very hard working in construction daily but the advice she gave me I will definitely use moving forward to help take better care of my skin. The facial itself relieved a lot of stress that I’ve been experiencing. It gave me a moment of peace.

“I had a wonderful experience with this Reiki Level 1 program. The space was lovely and inviting, and we started on time, which I appreciated. We received beautiful manuals to keep, and the hands-on practice gave us the opportunity to work with each other, making the learning process more engaging. WOW! As soon as you open the door the energy is just so peaceful. I love this spa and it is definitely on the top of my list for places where I need to recharge and reset. The yoga studio is beautiful and they offer a fantastic shop with all kinds of herbs and crystals. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping you to select just the right items for you. I highly recommend Au Naturale for your next self-care day!

It was my wife’s birthday and I purchased an Aura massage packaged ( forgot which one it was). After Elizabeth worked her magical healing powers on her, my wife told me it was the most powerful and best massage she has ever had. So in return my wife purchased a Reiki class for me to experience. I was so excited because I was always curious about Reiki but always talked myself out on doing it. So the time came and Elizabeth was so knowledgeable and kind to the point you felt like you were home talking to your sister. She has a beautiful and magical gift with connecting with people. I am beyond grateful with what Elizabeth has shared with me and can’t wait to take Reiki II. Thank you again Elizabeth!!
