100% no judging here!! Bunch of women that support each other through their fitness journey. The owner Raquel is awesome! Personal training, group classes, weightlifting, Zumba, Step and so much more! Check it out.

Babe Cave is exactly what I wanted in a gym while snowbirding in the area. The Circuit Training led by Tracy in the mornings was at a time I could still make it to work and the exercises varied so it was never boring. I loved that it was fitness for women, by women, and that there is an awesome core group of exercise enthusiast women who are helpful and welcoming. I will definitely join again in the fall.

A gym where you are free to be you. Raquel is the owner and BossBabe of the Babe Cave. She is a certified personal trainer. The gym has a calm, peaceful vibe, low key or hyped classes, your choice. A personal gym like no other. Private and group classes available.

I tried the yoga but much to hard for me. They were very kind and helpful. They will never give up on you. They are really into all the fitness you could want in a fun atmosphere. Hope to try Zumba and Reiki.
