I'm seeing Emily Orr. Most amazing FNR I ever met. She is caring and will do everything to help you. Not only does she take the time to listen to your concerns. She will address them, tell you what you should do. She takes the time to get to know you as a new patient. I never met a nicer person. I love going to Emily. I can talk to her about all my problems. She is very attentive to my needs. The front desk is nothing but nice. The whole office is amazing. Thank you to all of them

Took a while to get a new patient appt, otherwise would have been a 5 star. Everything am was great once I actually was able to go in and see the Dr. I received an ample amount of time from the Dr and went through my health history in detail.

My 77 year old father woke up this morning with Covid and went here and was prescribed medication. My mom called them back to check on the prescription and the receptionist said the doctor had 72 hours to call it in!!!! It’s Friday night and he is getting worse and he could have already taken his first dose today. I am so mad! I work in healthcare and people who don’t care about the patients should not work here, the investors that run these clinics have no business in healthcare!

Edited to add: this place has a 1.7 star review on Yelp. No way can a place this rude have such a high rating on Google!! This has to be fake! Banner probably bought the ratings from Google.

Had an ankle/foot problem this week that was causing great pain. Went to the clinic when I could not get in to see my primary physician and seen Emily Orr, nurse practitioner. She not only diagnosed the problem made recommendations for easing the pain, but got me In sooner to see a specialized foot doctor. So please and so relieved!

Regrettably, my recent experience with Dr. Emily Orr fell short of expectations. Despite seeking assistance with my medical concerns, I encountered a lack of empathy and understanding during my consultation. Dr. Orr's approach resulted in significantly more pain, and her premature departure from our discussion left me without resolution or guidance. This experience left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a patient, particularly given my age, as I am 17. The disregard for my well-being was palpable, leading me to question the standards of care within the practice. Consequently, I am switching to an alternative healthcare provider, and I recommend most do the same if this is how she treats her patients. It is my sincere hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of patient care practices within the establishment.

I cannpt get this practice to ok refills ony medicatuons in a fair amount of time.
I have gone over a week without medications I shouldn't miss a dose of multiple times.

Dr. Adams and her staff provide excellent, compassionate care. Prior to seeing her, I had been with the same primary care doctor's office for over 20 years. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Adams upon relocating to our new town! I HIGHLY recommend her!
