I’m only 3 weeks in and I’ve lost a total of 2.8 pounds. Doesn’t sound like a lot but when you’re struggling with losing weight, it’s a big deal. They crew at Baptist Health Nutrition are completely invested in you being successful. They make you accountable and hold you to your goals. They also let you know when it’s time to “rip the band aid off” and put the work in. They are available daily to help with question and concerns. The best team to help you reach your weight loss goals!
