I've become addicted to Barre3! There are so many different types of classes offered, truly something for everyone. Signature Barre, Strength, Mindful Flow and Sound Bath are some of my favorites. I love how the instructors encourage everyone to make each class their own and do (or don't do) whatever feels right on any given day. It's a super supportive and fun community. You will leave feeling much better than when you arrived!

The classes here are always challenging and the instructors are fabulous! I always feel welcome walking into the studio doors and when I bring my 11 month old daughter, she is well taken care of. Very grateful for such a great barre studio in flagstaff!

Barre3 has been a huge game changer in my physical activity regimen, the classes are great! I always feel energized after the class. Every instructor I have met so far has been very kind, helpful and motivating. The establishment itself is a judgement free area and a fun community of people. I love classes and how much work you really do get out of them. I would highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level!!

I absolutely love this style of Barre! All of the instructors are so kind and amazing. They are so intentional with each class and explaining what muscles you are using. I really enjoy the breath work they include. The strength class is also amazing and super fun! I feel super comfortable here. I brought a friend with me and she loves it too. We will both be returning regularly!

The owner and instructors at Barre are truly amazing because they are kind, friendly, and they genuinely care. They lead the workouts with a narration and attitude of taking care of your body and loving yourself, not for the sake of having the perfect body. There is no guilt or condemnation at a Barre workout.
