Great gym! Clean and lots of open space but plenty of equipment, too. Trainer Sean Rhinard has been helping me gain strength and flexibility to be a better runner. He has a great array of machine and body weight exercises that challenge, but has modifiers if you need.
Sean includes dynamic stretching in his training that helps you feel the muscles you have been working and makes you feel stronger.

From out of state over here... If only they had gyms like this back in Cincinnati... If heaven had a gym.. I'm sure this is what it would look like. The staff was awesome. The gym was so clean. They had so much equipment and high end stuff I honestly wouldn't ever want to leave. Thanks for the hospitality while we spent a week here on vacation. Definitely would love to come back!

I started working out in May of this year. I felt like I got to a point where I needed help in accelerating my workouts. I researched many different gyms and what they offered and ultimately decided on Bay Fit. Joining the gym on a Friday I was put in touch with Sean Rhinard a personal trainer and had my initial meeting/ training on that Monday. Sean has an extensive background that is very impressive. I’ve had 2 training sessions with him and he has focused on everything that we talked about.This is my first time using a personal trainer and I am 100% dedicated and happy. Thank you Sean Rhinard for keeping me on my toes and excellent advice and workouts. Not to mention the knowledge I am gaining. Highly recommend!!

Sean Rhinard is the best trainer I've ever experienced. He is knowledgeable, personable, timely, and an all around great person. I highly recommend his services.

And this gym has all the right equipment, is clean and offers pilates, spin, cross fit, and more.

Wonderful gym! So many machines for every single muscle. They have a day pass for $10 which is perfect but they also have a weekly and month pass if you don’t want to pay for the membership. They are all very nice and helpful. Bathroom very nice and clean. Overall a great experience:)

This is one of the nicest gyms my wife and I have ever been to and we have been to a lot. But there hours are not 2024 hours. 5am - 9am m-f is just not good enough for a lot of people and the weekend hours are 7-7 and 7-5. Not late enough and not early enough. If these hours work for you, than this is an awesome gym with great equipment and an really cool outdoor workout area. 3 stars because of the hours only.
