You are able to sign up for memberships online, but cannot cancel unless you go into the gym, fill out a paper form, and slide under the office door. Also, when signing up for any memberships it doesn’t obviously mention a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel before 6 months. It is at the very bottom of the terms and conditions along with the “no refund” policy. I think the way it is set up is very misleading and sketchy.

Convenient and clean. But the amount of people loud talking on facetime and playing YouTube and screaming music from their phones at high volume makes it an awful experience to work out. They need signs that say ‘must use headphones with mobile devices.’

We need them to implement a new pulley and more z bars, there is only 1 and it is not enough We have to wait a long time for both to be vacated. "They are needed as soon as possible"
