Saturday I purchased a peanut butter, banana, and Chocolate smoothie and Today 9/23 I purchased the strawberry cheesecake smoothie and both of them are very good. Braelen and Brandon run the best fitness supplement business in the tri county area. If you haven’t been you need to go and see them.

Have visited this store on several occasions now. Every time I'm giving prompt service and very good information. They're not going to try to fluff it and sell you something that you don't need they can also point you in the direction depending on your goals for what you do need. Also has very good protein shakes. owner is very knowledgeable. Well definitely recommend to all of my friends and be a continuing customer.

Brandon and his wife are such sweet, helpful, and have amazing smoothies lol. I also love the cloths. They are prefect for working out In. Walking in always feels like walking into a families home. His wife writes inspirational messages on every cup they have and each cup says something different. Love going here! Would recommend any day
