This place is lame.I booked a class on class pass, but for some reason, it did not go thru.I booked at 35 minutes prior to class.Start time at nine kristy joel Is the instructor of this class?2 of us have the same problem.She would not let me participate in class.Even though I offered to pay she could have let me pay after the class and create an account afterwards. I don't have a car right now.And I ubered all the way over here to be denied class Her attitude is not one that I aligned with And a person comes all the way over there to take a class She?
Definitely should have Let me in and I could have paid and created I've been here once or twice.I will not come back

The space was super inviting and open. Cleanliness was a 10/10! Instructor Kevin was amazing and more than polite to both me and my girlfriend, as it was our first time trying Pilates. We went to the Beginner friendly class and we had a blast! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in trying Pilates! Give Kevin a shot if you can, he’s attentive to everyone’s needs and will make you feel right at home!

Beyond Pilates has been such a great find. Their El Cajon studio is roomy and clean, with tons of classes on the schedule and lots of parking. Pilates classes can get expensive, but the promotions and bundles available here make it really easy and cost effective to try out, and if you enjoy it, there’s so many membership options to choose from. Bianca is my favorite instructor at this location; she’ll challenge you but help you meet your goals, and every class will use different accessories like weights, the TRX, or the magic circle (in addition to the reformer), so it never gets old. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates, or if you’ve been doing it a while and are interested in different studios, try Beyond Pilates.

Love this new location , I follow Bianca to all of the locations . Have tried most of the instructors, I seem to always gravitate to her style. She is really one of the only instructors that’s actually Manually move your body to the right position so you can feel the correction . She cares and is a straight shooter which I love . Also which I love , I am now taking her Cardio Barre Class , she is the only one that teaches it there , and let me tell you we dance , we laugh we sweat and All do it together and we all love it , it burns so bad and good at the same time , we leave barely walking . Burned 450 calories and more so my watch says . I personally love to work in my classes , she will keep classes fresh and on point , and she helps everyone , she really cares , it’s refreshing .

I love the new location and the seasoned instructors like Yadi. She one the reasons I keep coming back. I have gained numerous benefits since starting Pilates. I have notice improvements from both body and mind, my core strength, and breath control since incorporating Pilates into my fitness routine.

I'm new to pilates and I now have attended a few classes here. The instructors are great and very helpful for a newbie like myself. They are clear about what is good form and take it slow for beginners, while still making it challenging. The studio is brand new, clean and bright. I had an issue with scheduling at first, and the owner was very kind when straightening it out. So far a great experience!

As excited as I am to attend Beyond Pilate's brand new studio conveniently located in East County (it's easily accessible & boasts plenty of parking) I'm thrilled to see that one of my and my daughter's favorite instructors, Bianca Muriel, is teaching there. In the past, as a 6 year extremely satisfied member of BP, I've traveled 20 miles from Santee to the Kensington location in San Diego to attend Bianca's classes. She listens to her student's requests & models as well as articulately explains her routines, allowing me to keep up with an excellent pace that covers everything from head to toe with emphasis on consistent stretching to alleviate unnecessary injury. As a former dancer, she has innate knowledge of anatomy & has the ability to get the most out of me, & I get the most out of class, by her keeping it real as far as my own personal limitations (In my mid 60's I have a lot) & keeping me laughing with her dry sense of humor I really appreciate.
