This gym is the perfect place for me. No pretense, just good old fashioned weight lifting and strength training. The owner, John is a very knowledgeable, motivating trainer who has a very friendly personality. I have been trying for years to be consistent with my workouts, and it's finally happened! I've had to have neck surgery twice, but I haven't injured it as John knows which exercises are best for me. I've increased my energy, strength, and I just feel better overall. It's been worth every penny and has been the best decision.
