I have been getting massages for over thirty years and for the past several years I will only get them from Jan… simply because she is the best massage therapist around! Jan utilizes both strength and positive energy in each every massage that she does. She has the rare gift of having healing hands along with treating you with such great care and respect. I have recommended Jan to many of my friends and family who have all praised her massage techniques and abilities. I highly recommend Jan as your massage therapist and you will soon start to feel the effects of her gifts of helping you feel better both emotionally and physically!

Janice has VERY bad hygiene.. she smelled very bad & had dirt under her fingernails. when i tried to politely bring it up (to help better her customer experiences) she told me to leave. i am very disappointed as us women should stick together to help eachother instead of get mad & angry at constructive criticism. what happened to women empowerment? Janice i know i might have embarrassed you but it is important to take care of your personal hygiene.

She doesn't except GROUPON bookings. Drove 30 minutes to be denied at the door. Should work on your customer service. You acted like I was crazy and didn't know why I could possibly be there- as I was looking at my confirmation email: your name, your business, your address, todays date and time. I hope you've removed your business from Groupon so no one else wastes their time.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service. If you book through Groupon she will do everything in her power to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I booked an appointment online and then got a message that she needed to cancel due to family emergency. That’s fine things happen and I understand so I went back to her website to schedule another appointment. I scheduled it for the following week because it showed an open slot, I then get a message that my appointment was rescheduled for February 2024!!!

When I questioned why that happened she blocked me and stated that I am not a good fit for her clientele.

If you don’t want Groupon customers then I would think that you would not post your business on Groupon 🤔.

DO NOT COME HERE. Very unprofessional business. Marked my groupon as used even though services were not rendered. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner argues with customers publicly on Groupon. If that doesn’t scream red flag…. do yourself a favor and get a massage literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
