I am truly speechless after my experience.
I had Tina and she was an actual angel.
I’ve been a licensed esthetician for 6 years now I try to be religious with my monthly massages so I’ve been to many spas before and I have never experienced what I did today in my service.
The energy and the room first off had me sold!
The moment she walked in I felt calm. I felt every knot and every bit of soreness was addressed she truly is very intuitive in what she does.
I am beyond pleased and honestly will never get a massage anywhere else. Best I have ever had!!

This place gives the BEST MASSAGES EVER!! That’s saying a lot for me because I’m a hairstylist, on my feet 12 hours a work day, so I need someone to give me the business. Lol.. I love the atmosphere and different options to choose from to customize the experience. Today was extra amazing, because Lisa, I just feel SO good right now! ✨ I don’t know what you did, I can’t even put it into words but I am feeling light as a feather and just so excited to come back to continue improving my Body, Mind and Spirit™️! 😉 My posture even felt different just driving home lol you are just a magical little fairy! 🧚‍♀️ I love all of the little trinkets and treasures in the shop, too.. just overall so relaxing and rejuvenating! Scheduled an appointment & showed up at my appointment time. I was told that I had the wrong time. I showed my confirmation message from the owner. The employee was extremely rude & acted like I fabricated an email from the owner. We had THREE people for appointments! So this is THREE customers lost. The employee was extremely rude & seriously acted like we made up the time. Who has the energy to do that? When we explained this to the owner, she doubled down on her employees rude behavior & refused to listen. She did make excuses like the person was going through a lot —> so are we! That’s why we wanted to have a relaxing day! Extremely unprofessional. I should’ve trusted my gut when I said the vibes were off.

I wasn’t planning on writing this review as this was months ago, but the owner LISA started “angry” reacting to my comments on social media. I had to block her. Extremely unprofessional, even outside of the business. ESPECIALLY at your ripe age, Lisa. I will never go back & want to warn people of Lisa’s creepy behavior on social media.

HIGHLY recommend Body Mind Spirit Wellness! I scheduled my first ever eye brow lamination/tint and eyelash lift/tint with Kayla and it was amazing!! The atmosphere of the building is so calming and Kayla has such a calm presence. She really knows what she’s doing and she is super gentle. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s been about 5 1/2 weeks since my service and my lashes still look like I just got them done! Can’t wait to go back to her.

What an amazing and beautiful and blessed birthday 50th birthday did I have at Body Mind Spirit. Hatha yoga class in the morning Tibetan bowls in the afternoon . The most healing and serene experience . I was pampered, Respected and honored. What a gift I was given. Love, love, love . Hands down the best place to leave your stress OMG!!!!! What an amazing place . Let’s start with the staff so welcoming and warm☺️ Tammy and Lisa know what they doing!!!!!!! I have never been an such a Beautiful room it feels so relaxing, so quiet and clean….. come onnnn the oils they use!!!! Smell like heaven. Thank you all for sending me back home so relax 10/10
