Coach Akilah is one of a kind, a true gem! Her realness, energy and positivity is what brought me to her. Her classes are fun and full of encouragement, right when you want to stop she’s right there telling you to keep going! Ok so this class is it! It offers fitness for the mind, body and soul. Coach Akilah has excellent routines that gives me high caloric burn. I can see my body literally transforming in front of me. There is no other fitness class in our community that specializes in urban dance fitness. It like zumba for black girls with OUR music. Love it love it love it!

I went here with my niece and I don’t regret it.The instructor and her team were very patience and encouraging to new members as myself. Some exercises I couldn’t do but I learned to emphasize with the help and direction of the instructor. I will bed going back due to the support,motivation and encouragement not only for my body but mainly my Heath.

Such an amazing environment! You can feel the love when you walk in. Coach Akilah has the energy of no other. This place makes you feel like you have the freedom to move without feeling objectified or like you’re being watched
