Sometimes the portal can be challenging. It doesn't show you that once you click on payment that there's something else that needs to be filled out doesn't give any indication under the payment option once you put your credit card number in my situation was that it told me that my payment wasn't accepted not why and I had to click everywhere just to find out that it didn't populate my city in zip code.
