Unacceptably long wait.2 hours In the exam room not even the waiting room.Worst of all this last visit I could hear the doctor talking and giggling with someone in the next room while I had been sitting waiting in the exam room 2 hours, never even saw the doctor as it was then closing time. Also When my wife and I went to the new urgent care part of this place we had to wait no exaggeration 1 1/2 hours for her to be seen for them to tell us she Might be having a heart attack.

Dr. Zimmerman is excellent. My whole family sees him and he is a great doctor who knows and cares about his patients. We are very fortunate to have this medical resource in Huntsville. My personal experience has only been exceptional here.

I always had to wait the longest. And my medication was always a problem to call in.supposedly computer And when you tell the doctor that you can not take cholesterol medication because your chronic. Kidney disease. The doctor says she doesn’t agree with that Well maybe I don’t want to kidney dialysis I don’t Agree with that!

20 minute wait for a shot record for my son. No communication. I told them my sons name had changed and then when someone came out to print the shot record she said she couldn’t find him. So I told her again that it changed. She found it in 30 seconds. Waited 20 minutes for something that could’ve taken 2 minutes. There’s no communication here, today or any other time I’ve come here, and they always give you the run around. For over a year my son has been coming here and every time he comes in nothing gets done and I have to tell the nurses and the doctors what is needed. Definitely done coming here.

My baby's appointment was scheduled for 10:40 am and they asked me to be 20 minutes early, so I arrived at that time. They could have me wait for my appointment in the parking lot, I was in my car for 1 hour and 30 minutes with a baby, so it was very difficult. In the end the doctor attended to me very annoyed, he scold me because I did not understand the questions well: I must clarify, I do not speak English well. It is difficult to take your sick baby after being in the emergency room and then be treated like that. I feel sad because of the treatment I received and because my baby had to go through a terrible morning after a day of leaving for emergencies.

Some of the Receptionist who answer the phone act like they control what they will or will NOT send to my doctor. If I call in and need a referral it is up to MY DOCTOR not the RECEPTIONIST!!!! Very upset! I love my doctor, all my kids love him. But we are looking into changing. Do to the communication, I don't answer to the receptionist.

I'm not always in a good mood when I go into the doctor's office lol but I wasn't in a bad one when I came out today. Definitely had a better visit than previously. They listened and made me feel heard and understand today. Hope that continues.

i waited for a meeting to be over for an X-ray to then be greeted like i was a problem by miranda, very snotty asked where my orders were and i said on the computer then she said well what am i suppose to xray. i said my back. made me feel .ike i should propably leave due to her absolutely giving off bad vibes . i dont think she should work with public until she has a different attitude
