This is a nice dispensary but I will likely not go back. Most other dispensaries give a senior citizen discount. Botanica does not. So it makes no sense to shop here and pay significantly more than other dispensaries charge.

Not very impressed with the service as of lately. I’ve been coming here for years and recently signed up for their Botany Club which included 10$ off. Upon getting there, the budtender at the window told me he couldn’t apply the discount and would leave a note on my account for their manager. I also called and left a message for the manager. I came back three days later and was told they haven’t had a chance to look at my account yet. It’s now been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Pretty poor.

Every time I go to this place anymore the parking lot is empty; and after today's experience I can fully understand why!
I requested that my products be placed in a paper sack instead of their formaldehyde infested plastic bags!
The young manager was one of the rudest young people I have met in Tucson!
These young people don't know how to do business, they are so rude, thinking they can correct someone three times their age!
What happened to "the customer is always right"
You misrepresent your bags!
You stopped carrying blue dream end CBD bomb, the two strains I go out of my way to purchase from you, so what reason do I have to trouble myself with you and your rudeness ever again?!
Your young personnel are inexperienced, yet haughty and arrogant, rude and disrespecting!
