My favorite boxing gym in Miami. Strikes a perfect balance between effective workouts and actually teaching you practical boxing with correct technique. Additionally, there are a variety of coaches so you are able to really gain perspective on what can work best for you. All of the instructors are amazing! They care about teaching techniques. If you want to learn the basics of boxing, this is the place. Believe me, it is hard to find a good boxing gym.

Seriously great small local gym. I was very impressed with the intensity of our group boxing workout session. (Actually, it was exhausting! and highly educational.) I have much to learn, and will be coming back.

It's such a vibe. My 6 & 9 old love the coaches. The way they communicate and respect the kids is heart warming. My dad is 72 years old and will start one on one personalized sessions on Thursday to help him recover from his second stroke. As with any gym you can work with a coach, in a class or go solo. No fashion shows, just straight work.

I had no experience in boxing and was looking to get into better shape. After attending classes for two weeks I found that I not only enjoy the workouts, but want to get better. The gym has excellent equipment and it's always clean. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to push themselves and have fun.
