Brett was amazing and truly his program and process is life changing. He works on helping you improve all parts of the body to help achieve overall health and wellness: body, mind, and spirit. Worth all the time and work you need to put in. Even when our sessions were done he would check in from time to time to see how I was doing. Truly there’s not enough words to describe what I’ve gained back and also what I’ve lost (in pounds lol) through Brett’s program. If you’re nervous or unsure about starting, just stop questioning and doubting! This will 100% help you achieve overall health and wellness! You won’t regret it!

First rate. Came to BP Wellness after a long struggle both mentally and physically. My nutrition was garbage. My fitness was subpar. The staff at BP Wellness transformed me. Today I am happy to report that I am on the path to Wellness.

I am eating better. I am active and living a more productive life. My production at work is higher. I sleep better. I play with my kids. I picked up the basketball yesterday and played at the park with my boys. I woke up this morning and knew I had to publicly thank those that have transformed me.
