Love the newly remodeled Richmond clinic. As usual, my primary care provider Dr. Phyllis Carroll was very detailed with my action plan and was very encouraging.

We’ve had a mixed of good and bad experiences with this clinic. I got a text message saying if you would like to cancel an appointment then give them a call. I didn’t even say or call back and they canceled my nieces appointment. So when we got there there was no appointment. Communication needs improvement. Clinic is small but clean.

Recently they have been doing ok. My nieces doctor Sheina is very sweet/nice. So just depends on the day you go I guess.

I liked my new doctor, and she seemed like she knew what she was talking about. I learned some things I didn't know, esp about a possible alternative medication which might be appropriate for me. The staff, for the most part, was friendly. I was surprised at the 'downscale' waiting room, and particularly didn't appreciate having to listen to the TV. I'm used to a more "professional" setting, but if the care is good, that's my priority. Almost got writer's cramp from filling out all the forms! Brought my health record on a thumb drive -- surprised no-one wanted to see it.

I appreciated the teamwork on my behalf, being listened to, and genuine concern for what I have been through as well as what i was going through.

If you are looking to change doctors or have a better experience with Healthcare professionals I highly recommend trying their office. I wish I would have found their office sooner.
