Freaking great staff, I mean very knowledgeable and attentive. Please don't mind the wait if there is one. They are popular and have known brands with quality deals. They will back up their products... Hint: keep the packaging. Their top shelf flower is worth it. I had a top shelf pre-roll, a "dog walk" size and it was fantastic!

Nice people working, but scummy ownership. They advertise lower prices on their website and then refuse to honor those prices.

I did an online order of a 1G Raw Garden cart for $35, tax inclusive. Upon arrival I was told that the actual price is $50 and they don't honor the advertised price. I left without buying the cart and I won't be back, I'd rather go somewhere that doesn't use unethical tactics to drive business.

Lovely local dispensary. The bud tender was very polite and helpful. Their security guard went above and beyond to be extra nice. I strongly recommend this place. Prices were great too compared to bigger dispensaries. Excellent customer service.

EDIT: The owner finally got me the pre-rolls, and a gas card. It took two trips from the east side to the west side but he did finally make good on his offer.

ORIGINAL POSTING:

I purchased 3 packs of pre-rolls @ $35 apiece.

Grizzly was the brand. One was empty. When I called about it they said “the manufacturer has had this issue before please come back in and we will give you two packs to make up for it.”

I called ahead today to let them know I was coming in. I let them know it was a 50 mile drive for me (across LA). When I arrived they wouldn’t give me the replacements because I didn’t have the empty pack with me. No one ever told me to bring the empty pack.

I protested very briefly that I had to drive across town, that I had spoken with the owner that afternoon from my home and no mention was made of needing to bring in the empty.

- this has been solved. Brett the owner apologized and made this right. Covered my gas and gave me 2x packs to replace the one I bought that was empty.
