If you are tired of those big gyms and the big crowds that accompany them, look no further!
Caedofit has all the equipment you need to complete your workouts without the mobs of bigger gyms.
The owner Caeden is so friendly and attentive to the gym needs and ensures the gym's cleanliness. The staff/training professionals are very friendly and welcoming as well. So much is offered here from group classes to personal training.
I had the pleasure to personal train with Ruslana. Her expertise and knowledge of the subject matter has been invaluable in helping me to understand and apply what l've learned. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude also made the experience enjoyable and engaging.

Pretty straight forward gym with every machine you need and fewer people attend compared to other gymnasiums in yuma. I enjoy it not being crowded since its not too big. And the crew/trainers are kind and helpful
