I would highly recommend Coach Cathleen and CC Training to anyone for therapy and fitness. I sought the help of Coach Cathleen after a major surgery, and needed help with my hand-eye coordination. I've now worked for years and she's understood my challenges, personalized the program, and adjusted it as recovery progressed. She mixed the programs up, made them fun. She never gives up -- that was important to me as I lost faith in myself sometimes, remains committed (if you are committed), and results are now showing. Glad to have Coach Cathleen as my trainer.

I have had such a wonderful opportunity to be part of Cathleen's Week to Wellness workshop. A free event that didn't feel "free", i mean this in the sense that it was so well put together & the information & personal attention given was amazin!! This was better than anything like it that I've been a part of. I felt as cared about as a "paying" client! I recommend her to anyone wanting to better the life & health, she is very holistic, not just focusing on exercise & nutrition. Being better all around. I recently did another challenge with Coach Cathleen & I am on fire!!! It has given me just the extra motivation I needed to implement some changes long overdue! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Cathleen. I worked with her for 7 months and achieved so many goals we set. She was incredibly helpful in making me really look at why I was doing training and what I wanted out of it. She also is very detail oriented and knows where you need to adjust your body positioning, even in tiny increments, to get the most out of each exercise. Not to be dramatic but working with Cathleen has absolutely changed my future workouts forever. I’ve exercised regularly since I was 14 but she has helped me improve the quality more than any other coach or trainer. Super grateful I had the opportunity to train with her and I have and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn a lot and work hard!

Cathleen is the best thing that's ever happened to my physical well being and if I'm being completely honest she's also helped me with my mental health as well. She really is a jewel in the fitness industry and I'm really lucky to have her cheering and advocating for me and guiding my health. She's very knowledgeable and she freely shares that with me and helps me see things from different angles and perspectives. I really appreciate her encouragement to do and be better, but most of all I love that she's so understanding of the daily struggles of life and she never makes me feel like I'm a failure if those things sometimes disrupt my health goals. She's helped me see that health and fitness isn't an all or nothing thing but instead it's consistency and never giving up even if you fall off the band wagon for a few days or even a week. She's been working with me for 5 months now and my body is definitely much stronger and I visibly see muscle. That's so huge for me because I'm a small skinny girl (have been all my life) who doesn't have much of an appetite and when I started with Cathleen I was 5'6 and 98lbs. I've seen pretty big results for being only 5 months in and still not eating enough (although I'm trying every day) so I'm definitely impressed by the amount of muscle and strength I've achieved. Thank you Cathleen! I now have more confidence in my abilities as a woman and in myself as a person.

I'm down an inch and a half everywhere after doing the 5 day challenge.
I had not been practicing mindful eating or consuming enough water.
I'm now continuing with the tools Coach Cathleen provided to appreciate my food and drink the much needed water as I continue to lose more inches.
I highly recommend CC Training, as that's what her programs are: training one to make healthier nutrition choices that are not limiting or gruelling. Better choices alone have given positive results The challenges she provides are indivualized and inspiring.
If someone wants gruelling exercise I know she can coach that perfectly too.

Coach Cathleen is impressive! For years I have been trying to get myself in prime health, thinking I knew what I was doing but never seeing results... I needed help. She is my missing link! She takes all those nutrition "theories" and breaks it down into real food with applicable and practical daily use. In just one week my energy increase (my afternoon crash gone) and I'm on my way to a thinner, healthier, and happier me! Thanks Coach!

I loved working with Coach Cathleen, she is awesome! If you're lucky enough to get the chance to work with her, go for it full speed ahead! I was getting old and weak and wanted to get some strength and energy back, Cathleen was instrumental in getting me going in the right direction. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm getting closer all the time.
