I have done everything to get all my credits the office is never open the voicemail is full and the truth is that because of there lack of communication and not sending my enrollment information to the judge I have to serve time I gave my probation referral and credentials to the email as told and still no calls or emails returned I had been given no response or appointments to my enrollment date I understand that ppl are busy with their families but we don’t have any reason to miss any classes even when I had surgery in June 28 /25 I had surgery on my face so I couldn’t attend the class so I a had my dr here at the Hemet health clinic give me not only one but Three dr notes I tried to deliver the msg in person but they taped the mail slot shut so we the students couldn’t leave any proper instructions on what is my truthfully right to just want to finish them still have my balance it’s seem as if I am just a pond in this situation I suffer from medical conditions other wise I’d have no problem getting the violation I’m a guilty plead my fiance is my caregiver and all sent various messages to communicate Joshua only said that he was going to get to me in one hour never returned the call the second time enrolled after I had a little time to heal from the stitches on my lips I was steal under the violation process this time I was easily enrolled in the class was sent a text and a phone call regarding the enrollment process and because the actual director Who is “ Eric Gutierrez “ who the only director or person who has the license to speak on my case he went over the process the first time the second time I had 133.00 as my balance to continue the program the elder lady that took care of the office at the time was very direct and strict be aware once again I don’t want to go to any trouble for anyone but. Also had my restraining order dropped by my loving fiancé in court so I learned t be punctual to stop all this I committed myself to my role as a father and citizen .

This place is incredibly unprofessional. Though I didn't need the classes myself, trying to get any information is like pulling teeth. The front end person is rude and unprofessional. I'm sure she deals with a lot of low lives, but for those really trying to get the help they need, the attitude isn't necessary. Once you're signed up for the classes, the "counselors" dont even show up. You still pay and get the credit, but this is supposed to be a teaching experience. Very disappointed. So if you or a loved is really trying to improve your life, please don't come here. If you really don't care and just want the credit, then this place is for you.

I am sooooo happy I was referred to this place! I love Marianne at the front desk who helped me when I was scared to death! I soooo appreciate my instructor Monica who is such an amazing woman! I always feel better and stronger after we have our class and have learned so much to help me cope. I couldn’t thank them all enough.

Illegally took my money for a transfer fee. Then when I tried to get my money refunded. Denied me and stated that I'm playing the victim roll. Eric was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Been trying to contact project manager. The phone number for this program is Eric's house phone and he's denying me every avenue for getting my money back. I don't recommend this program to ANYONE, unless you want to be scammed and sent back to jail. They are VERY shady.

IM FILING A HUGE LAWSUIT FOR THE DISRESPECT AND THE WAY THEY TRY TO BULLY PEOPLE FOR MONEY ,.THAT GUY ERIC JUST SAID PROBATION OFFICE AND COURTS/JUDGES DONT GOT NO AUTHORITY OVER HOW HE RUN THINGS AT THAT LIL HOLE IN THE WALL GOVERNMENT FUNDED NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION.HE ALWAYS TALKS TO PEOPLE DEGRADINGLY .,I WILL DEFINITELY SEE HIM IN COURT .

I tried to call and ask about DV classes. The lady who answered (Mary Ann) was very rude. Wouldn’t let me ask questions, told me her other clients were more important, and that maybe I should go back to where I came from. If I could give no stars, that’s how I would review this place. Not very helpful at all.
