I’ve been receiving treatment from Christina for about a year now (maybe longer). I went to her because I wanted to invest in my own health - emotionally, physically, mentally. And it has been worth every penny. She takes her time before each session to discover and understand how my week has been, how I’ve been feeling, etc. Nothing has been off limits. Although she is not a licensed therapist, she makes me feel so heard, and sometimes that’s all we need I think.
I’ve received cupping and acupuncture almost every session and it is always an enjoyable, nourishing, and relaxing experience. Every time I leave, I feel better than when I came in.
What I love about Christina’s offerings is how she tailors each session to you. So even though you may be getting acupuncture, the needles are placed at different places on your body each time, depending on what you need.
I consider Christina a skilled, supportive, and kind woman who has become a friend I look forward to seeing.
