Had an amazing experience here today! I was recommended to come here by some of my friends and I am so glad I did! Their shop is so cute and such sweet ladies run the place!! They did a great job of explaining what goes into the shakes and teas and had some awesome recommendations. I will be back!

Lynn and her staff alway greet you with a smile and the best customer service. Their combos are the bomb! The Italian cream shake and mermaid tea are two of my favorites!!! Lots of love poured in every cup for sure!!

You always feel welcome when you go there and they always have new tasty teas and shakes so you never just get the same thing!!! Even the least sweet thing I could order was called cherry bomb and tasted like a sour patch kid with just as much sugar. Gummy worm tea?!?!? This is a candy drink store... Nothing healthy here.

Lake Hamilton Nutrition has friendly and helpful staff. The environment is pleasant and the location is perfect for a day of shopping in Hot Springs. Stop by early morning for your breakfast shake and tea just as you come into town and stop by on your way out of town for your lunch shake and tea.

The staff is always friendly, they keep their facility clean, the teas and shakes are amazing! Seriously my favorite place to go! And to top it off they have amazing prices!!!
