This is one of the worst clinics I have ever been to. I was there 20 minutes before my appointment and they were two hours late and this is an unprofessional clinic that causes me a lot of stress because after my appointment I have another appointment because of them, they cancel my appointment which is very important to me and this is my only day off. Just as time is important to you, you should respect other people's time too. also, there front desk are so rude and so mean.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this clinic. The staff were blatantly unprofessional and shockingly rude. Not only were they dismissive of my concerns, but I also experienced discriminatory treatment that was deeply offensive and unacceptable.

Instead of receiving the care and respect I expected, I was met with condescending attitudes and a complete lack of compassion. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and their behavior made it clear that they didn’t value me as a patient—or as a person.

To anyone considering this clinic: take your health and dignity elsewhere. This place is unhelpful, disorganized, and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years and my parents come here too. All the doctors here are very good. Doctor Tucker, doctor Ghafari, doctor Valencia, doctor Trisha Duong, and doctor Jose Nuno (he’s usually in the urgent care) are all great doctors; I’ve never had any problem with them. They listen to the problems and seem to really care about their patients. The staff here are also very good, they’re polite and quickly do their job. The same with the staff at the urgent care. We’ve also never had a major problem with the staff at the lab for blood drawls. This clinic is very good overall. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because sometimes they don’t send the prescription for medicine to the pharmacy accurately, I mean sometimes the doctor said they would prescribe a medicine but the pharmacy said they didn’t get the prescription for that medicine but to be fair the medicine that was missing was usually something minor like acetaminophen or something. They usually always send the prescription for the important medications correctly. Overall, this is a great clinic to go to!

I’ve been trying to refill a prescription for 4 weeks! No one answers the phone!!! Nor do they respond to the pharmacy requests. Now I have to physically drive there tomorrow because I can’t breathe without my asthma medication! It seems they had better management a few months ago. I don’t know what’s going on now. The only reason for two stars is because Dr. Valencia is amazing and I hope she is still there if not I will be switching immediately. She deserves 5 stars but the clinic/ staff are practicing unethical medical treatment when they won’t answer the phone and refill prescriptions. I feel sorry for the older patients who may be suffering without medicine 🥲

Called 4 times to get to medical records and no one picks up- actually hangs up the phone. Called the front desk and one of the receptionists was the most incompetent person. Told her I just want to make sure my labs are in the system so I can pick them up. She said I can’t get my medical records- I told her I’ve been there multiple times and received my medical records before. She then said well I told you I can’t give you your medical records. Well of course I know YOU can’t! Nor was I asking for you to?! She also told me to call medical records again after I told her I call them multiple times and the system just hangs up the phone. She then hung up on me because she knew she was wrong. Not only was she incompetent and doesn’t know anything about the medical system and lied to me, she has no customer service and people like this should be nowhere near a business that requires customer service. Unbelievable!!

The worst clinic in san Diego !!!!!! It has taken me almost 3 months to see my so called doctor.And this was the second time I have ever seen her. The first time she was seeing me , was becouse she was filling in for my other new doctor I had just gotten. Because she was out for a few mouths do to being blessed giving berth to her new baby. And my original doctor who was very patient and a very nice gentleman who always took his time with me and truly seemed to care about his patients. Sadly he passed away. Im not going to lie I miss him and pray for him and his family. Sorry for there loss. Well anyways She was very rude and inpatient with me the whole time of maybe 5 minutes she would see me!!! Told me I was LATE!!!!! AND My appointment was for 8:20 and I was there at 8:17 !!!! She said I was late !!! Can you believe that,!!! And I only had 3 minutes left for my appointment!!!!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH A RUDE DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT IN MY LIFE !!!!!! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!!!! My mother was an RN and is probably rolling over in her grave by the way she treated me. Anyways she in so many words called me a LIER TO MY FACE !!!!. Because I walked into the clinic on my own accord ,on my feet. See I get VERY VERY VERY BAD GOUT OUTBREAKS THAT HAVE ME CRIPPLED MORE OFFENDED THAN NOT. And it seems to be getting worse as I get older & time go's by. I have broken bones that haven't hurt as much as some of my OUTBREAKS. But anyways she told me that I was fine and that there's NOTHING WRONG WITH ME, And this was my second time seeing her ever !!! And that she wouldn't sign any paperwork for my SSDI &SSI!!!! And she wouldn't even allow me to talk to her so that I explaine to her my situation and what I've been going through at all!!! She would just shut me DOWN 100% Putting her fingers and hands on or over her temples or eyes like I was upsetting her a making her mad !!! I could have sworn that when you have a doctors visit, it's to talk to them and explaine to them what's going on with yourself and explaine your situation and problems your going through?!!! RIGHT ANYWAYS SHE WASN'T HAVING IT !!! WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!!! SHUT ME DOWN PERIOD!!!!Anytime I bump my knee or elbow or toes or any other parts of my body joints a little hard it sets off a,GOUT OUTBREAK 97% of the time. And lays me up in pain for at least 2 or more weeks NO MATTER WHAT, and I'm stuck in pain. So since I walked in today (and my joints are ALWAYS SORE NO MATTER WHAT) she said I'm fine and nothing is wrong with me. Anyways I have staff members there and the rent a cops there who have had to help me out of my truck into a wheelchair many times to try to get me help That have witnessed my situation plenty of times who would let her know and she didn't have time for me what so ever. Like I have said this is the worst clinic and offal doctor. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR ANYONE!!! I even went in there to have my blood taken for lab work and they couldn't get any of my blood AT ALL !!!! And told me that I needed to go find a place on my own to get my blood drawn for labs because they couldn't do it right!!!! I have never in my life had that happen to me EVER!!!! And I still haven't had it done because they are incompetent....ect

Every single time I have called I have been either sent to a call service operator or an answering machine. Have to leave a message just to set up an appointment. AND then no one calls me back. This goes on and on. And when I walk in the office the receptionists are just literally sitting there chatting with each other. No one is busy on the phone or with any patients. I have never had such bad service at a doctors office before borrego. They ought to be ashamed

My wife have an appointment and we were late only 13 min so they refuse to take the appointment because of 13 min late , but when have to waited hour and hour fifteen minutes for the doctor the reason you ask them why it take long then they make an excused that doctor is studying the case, if I have an appointment so the doctor should complete the study before my appointment,if patient is late 13 min they will cancel the appointment but if the doctor is late more then one hour it’s not a problem,
