Chris is amazing at helping me work towards my fitness goals! He is great at demonstrating exercises and helped me understand proper form, for injury prevention. He's also been great at monitoring my capabilities and limitations and has helped me understand the many ways I can improve. Hands down, one of the best trainers I know!
