Lil Monkeys first class was a success. Coach Zeke is patient, kind, and great at keeping even the 4's attention. He teaches so many skills and yet still makes the class fun. Even my "not so daring son" really enjoys the class.

The adult PK Fitness program combined aspects of physical conditioning (cardio, strength, endurance, etc.) with parkour moves and skills. Coach Zeek has a great positive attitude and lots of energy. I really liked how he incorporated games (including one with a pool noodle!) and activities to help us become more comfortable with movement...while also making it it fun!

Coach Zeke is AMAZING. He inspires every child in his path and instills confidence. Parkour is my son’s favorite hour of the week. So, so grateful for these classes!

WOW... just wow. Ezequiel is such an amazing coach! He is fun, engaging, patient, and really does meet the needs of each kid in the class. He provides extra support for the kid that needs a hands on approach or modifying the skill to be more difficult for kid that could get bored easily. Our whole family has been so impressed by the program and how Ezequiel teaches the Parkour skills, but more importantly incorporates self confidence, courage, and teamwork. The personal development aspect he weaves into each class has benefited our kids at home as the "do parkour" off the furniture. Plus during classes is it fun to watch other parents and kids just playing at the park get involved and ask questions... they usually become a member of the class by the next week! City Limits Parkour is a MUST!
