My wife and I were looking for a way to improve our health together and decided to try personal training. We were initially apprehensive, worried about potential personality or style clashes, but we feel incredibly fortunate to have found Joe on our first try.

Joe is approachable, professional, and flexible. He takes the time to understand our individual needs and goals, and tailors our workouts accordingly. For instance, I have golfer’s elbow from racquet sports, and Joe is always mindful of that, adjusting exercises to prevent strain while still keeping me challenged. Additionally, my wife expressed a desire to work towards doing pull-ups, and Joe has gradually incorporated exercises to help her achieve that goal.

My partner and I have been going to Joe's training sessions once a week for several months. Our goals were to increase muscle mass, lose body fat, and to be overall stronger. He created a online app workout schedule that we follow on the days that we don't see him. He also monitors us through the app to keep track of our progression. We have been very pleased with our results so far, and we would highly recommend Joe as a personal trainer!

Coach Joe was an awesome online fitness coach. His workouts were organized, shared and updated through an Excel document but now uses an APP. Each exercise came with a video link and the expectation was that as a client would also send him a video executing each move. He would offer affirmations and/or gentle corrections. I loved that his workouts came with warm up sets and stretching. Coach Joe was very personable, knowledgeable and affordable. He is worth the investment as you go through your own fitness journey. You won’t find another coach like him when it comes to
checking in and giving feedback.

I reached out to work with Joseph because I’ve noticed that I was gaining weight and my body is getting a little bit too “fluffy” after two years of not working out. I needed a partner who can hold me accountable. I have a physical disability with limited ranges of motion, working with Joseph has been very rewarding.

Not only does he make sure that I am hitting my goal but more importantly he strategically designed a personalized training program to address the problematic areas I needed the most.

These are the areas where I could not have recognized myself in the past. It is great to lose weight but working with Joseph gives you more than just losing weight, he teaches you how to sustain and maintain your body and avoid injury. Highly recommend this guy! He’s definitely not a cookie cutter trainer!

Joe is the best trainer I have ever had. I started working out with him in January, and have lost 50 pounds in ten months. He keeps things interesting, is super prepared for every session, is fun to hang out with — funny and kind. He’ll push me to my limits, but he’s also very cautious to avoid injury (I’ve never work out this hard with a trainer and also felt so confident I’m not going to injure myself). He’s knowledgeable about the body and nutrition, and he genuinely cares about your progress. I really love working out with him and would recommend him highly (as long as you don’t try to take my session time). He is THE BEST.

Joe is an amazing personal trainer!! He is super knowledgeable, caring, and not only helps you to get to wherever you want to be in terms of physical health but also encourages you to get into the right mindset that goes beyond training.

I first started working out with him back in April when I felt weak overall, my energy level was low, and my body was tense from sitting all the time (with not so great posture…). I wanted to get stronger and leave all the sluggishness behind. Under his training program, I’m not only the strongest I’ve ever been but he’s also tremendously encouraging when it comes to building confidence in myself.

He is genuinely invested in helping you integrate everything you learned from him into your lifestyle so you are reaping benefits in the long-run, whether it’s stretches and exercises that you can do on your own, nutrition, or the positive mindset to get through challenges during training and beyond.

Don’t worry if you have an injury/pain or need modifications for certain exercises - he’ll find a way around it. I had occasional lower back pain from years of bad posture before I started training with him and he would always check on me during exercises to make sure I’m not in pain. He’s also hyper focused on your form to avoid any injury while switching up the training programs based on your progress so it’s never boring!

And best of all he’s super funny so each session goes by quickly - you’ll break a sweat and have a good laugh! I absolutely love my sessions with him - 1000% recommend!

Joe is an amazing trainer, and really listens to my needs and feedback when setting up workouts. The training sessions are very fun as well! I used to have a bit of knee pain sometimes after running or basketball sessions. We worked a lot on single leg exercises that improved stability and now the knee pain has improved as well as vertical jumping performance.
