The real deal! Sheila took an hour to go over my history and health concerns. She has all the proper accreditation and experience that a good acupuncturist should have and I especially appreciated her knowledge of Chinese Medicine and kinesiology. I’ve tried others in the area and they simply do not have the proper training and the outcome I experienced made it evident. Sheila took her time to thoroughly administer acupuncture in a relaxing atmosphere. She even gave me a button to push if at any time I needed her assistance while the needles worked. Any acupuncturist that leaves you alone with the needles in and no way to get easy immediate assistance is not a good one. I felt immediate results for the kidney energy deficiency I was experiencing. I will surely be back! She is the best I’ve found!

Sheila is freaking amazing! I was referenced to see an acupuncturist after an ankle injury and she was highly referred. The injury, which u can’t surgically repair, had ligament and tendon damage. Numb for at least a month mid shin down and after just two sessions it has started to wake up and gather feeling! Now lawd I feel it but that’s you healing. Plus she spends way more time then u would expect w other various options. She knew my back problems and cupped my back and it’s unbelievable! Period she is the go to in Mobile and Baldwin County!!
