Coach Gettys has been great for my teenage son. She focuses on proper techniques and is teaching him skills he’ll use for a lifetime. Coach Gettys helped me learn proper form correcting years of discomfort. She made lifting fun while also teaching importance about stability and which muscles to use. After an accident, Coach worked with my Physical Therapist to continue healing and recovery outside of the weekly PT. I've worked out for many years before working with Gettys, within the first year of working with Gettys, I started noticing muscle development and growth that I had never seen. Thank you Coach!

I consider myself very knowledgeable about strength training, having been a collegiate athlete. After working with Coach Gettys, I realized how much I didn’t know. She identified deficiencies I didn’t realize I had and had me focus on corrective exercises which improved balance, flexibility, and weakness in my posterior chain.
