We had a great group session! I was able to deeply connect with the background sounds and the guided meditation Veronica led. The rest of the girls had very profound and healing experience too. Even some of them that were not able to stay from the beginning said they still were able to visualize everything that was said. Overall we had an after feeling of peace, healing and relaxation. I would be inviting her to another group event and I highly recommend her, even for the ones that do not believe in holistic medicine, if you allow yourself to experience the sound medicine you will be amazed! With Veronica’s expertise in trauma therapy as well as somatic healing she has helped me overcome many obstacles that were both consciously and subconsciously holding me back from my highest potential. Veronica was patient and open to skepticism. However once I was done, I felt extremely relaxed and “spiritually light”. I was not a believer but all of my stress disappeared. My only regret was fighting my sleep through the experience. For any skeptics, I would recommend at least trying it once.
