I started off my journey at the beginning of the year. They had a 90 days special, so I decided to try them out. I have to admit that it was super hard at first.
The cardio beat me up every time I walked out of there every morning but my trainer Kassandra was always helpful and giving me tips on a workout to reach my goal. I started off weighing 195lbs and I drop down to 182 after being there for the 3 months. My goal was to hit 170lbs but since I moved out of the city, I could no longer stay with the boot camp.
Maria Ramos is a great owner and also a nutritionist so that helped me out a lot, she was Giving me tips on what I can eat for my meals everyday and it’s been working since. Thanks for all of the help and tips! I would highly recommend anyone to try this boot camp out.

I had my first work out Tuesday best work out ever Coach Cassandra was awesome Kind compassionate friendly
I am 62 was having a little knee issue She noticed helped me modify the excerise very obervent. I would highly recommend this BOOTCAMP
