I’m a physician, and never imagined myself as receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but when a sudden onset of ideoparhic (ie not caused by known issues) peripheral neuropathy occurred, I knew that conventional medicine could only treat symptoms-not improve the condition. My research into naturopathic approaches led me to this treatment. I added acupuncture, an anti inflammatory diet and a bunch of supplements to four hyperbaric oxygen treatments and think the combo may have turned this thing around. Progression of nerve damage stopped, which was more than my neurologist thought possible. I’m grateful for this therapy. Andre was my therapist , a great—professional, attentive and helpful part of the experience. Thank you!

This was my first time ever getting a facial and it couldn’t have gone better. Michelle was my esthetician and she was incredible. She was a wealth of knowledge, listened to all of my wants and concerns and tailored a custom facial that was perfect for me. I have sensitive skin so I was nervous but it was exactly what I wanted and felt amazing. 12 hours later it still feels amazing. The office was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and sweet. Highly recommend.

Had the best facial on 8/16 and the experience from start to finish! When I arrived, the wonderful Gentleman at the front greeted me by name. I was then brought in to the waiting room and given a glass of wine.

The hydrafacial was the BEST my esthetician, Kelly Kirby was phenomenal. The products and procedure she did was over the top. Plus her personality is unmatched!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled for today. I showed up on time, and they were closed, despite their schedule showing appointments available today and Google showing they were open. I stood outside for almost 20 minutes, knocking and ringing their doorbell. I also called multiple times while I was standing outside and not one answer. I left a message, and I still have not received a response. So incredibly unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate of people's time!

I didn’t know much about dermaplaning, but a friend recommended I try it at Continental Lifestyle Medicine in St. Petersburg. I was skeptical since it’s usually something I’ve heard women do, but it turns out it’s great for guys too. The staff were friendly and explained everything, which put me at ease. The treatment was quick and left my skin feeling way smoother than I expected. Even shaving afterward was easier. If you’re a guy thinking about trying it, I’d say go for it – the results are worth it.

Fantastic facial from Rachel who was gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. I was provided a robe, blanket and disposable headband do keep hair off my face. Custom facial included steam, multiple rounds of cleansing, extractions, mask with warm towel and neck/shoulder massage. She wrapped up with a few different serums, lotion and sunscreen. A lovely and relaxing experience overall.
