I so loved Peter’s book ‘Billy and the Anxiety Monster’! He nails it by calling it a grown up book for your inner child. Having dealt with anxiety my whole life I couldn’t wait to read it. I love how Billy is encouraged to make friends with his anxiety. We so often push these kinds of emotions away and inevitably these scary emotions get bigger! Peter takes us through a beautiful journey of self acceptance and befriending what we fear, those monsters we all have. Step by step he shows how to get to the other side in self regulating our anxiety! Brilliant! A great read for ALL ages!

I met Peter through fb by accident, and I'm so glad that I did. His book, Convergence Healing has been so helpful to me. I have a lot of health issues that try to keep me down, so I'm always looking for a way to heal. This book not only had stories from real people I could relate to, but had exercises I completed after each one.
I've found its been helping me to find my voice and speak out for what I believe in, and learning to love my pain has helped me realize that it's just telling me to slow down and don't try to do too much. Thank you! I need all the things I can get in my healing toolbox.
