Brand New State of the Art equipment. Unlimited Functional Group Exercise classes. Friendly and attentive staff that keep the space clean and organized. So grateful to have found this place so that I can get effective workouts in my packed schedule while the kids are doing their thing in the Sports Mall!!

Started going to COPA Fit beginning of the year and really love it. High end cardio equipment & weights. The spin room is fantastic. If you have kids that have training at COPA Soccer Training Center, or one of the other sports at Shadelands Sports Mall, might be a great place to workout while they are in training.

Professional quality gym. No other gym like this in the area. Great experience. Don't have to work around others on equipment. It's like I am in the gym alone. Staff is super friendly. Love working out here.
