Incredibly good environment to workout. The music was excellent and had a wide variety of machines. Additionally, I booked a private class with Alex, a private trainer who was incredibly supportive and helpful. Not only did he teach me proper technique to maximize my workout, he helped me become comfortable working out. 10/10 gym

6:30am HITT workout class did not disappoint! Stayed at the Diplomat Beach Resort and they offered group workouts at CFT. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely LOVE this gym. So thankful I found out about it. Milly is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with - so patient, kind, motivating, and informative. The other trainers I’ve met in passing have all been extremely nice and passionate as well. I only wish they had the 4:30pm classes on more days throughout the week!
