CrossFit Defy has got to be the best gym in California. The workouts are brilliantly programmed and I feel accomplished after every class. I was new to CrossFit months ago and was hesitant about starting…I wish I would’ve started years ago. I have noticed big improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and mental discipline. I am excited to continue improving. The coaches are great and will help you get better every day. Collin and Josh have made great changes under their ownership and have shown motivation and have took action to improve the overall experience for their athletes. Highly recommend!

I've recently joined cross fit Defy with my family and we have had a fantastic experience so far. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, providing detailed instructions and modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively. The community is welcoming and supportive, which has made the transition much smoother. The facility is well-equipped, clean, and organized, with a variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. Each workout is challenging and varied, keeping things interesting and motivating. Amazing Results, Incredible Community!

My husband and I joined CrossFit Defy in May 2024, feeling stuck with our progress at a regular gym. In just a few months, we’ve seen incredible changes—losing body fat and building muscle beyond what we expected. We're truly amazed by how effective the workouts have been!

The classes are so much fun, the coaches bring the perfect energy, and the other athletes create such a positive and supportive atmosphere. It genuinely feels like family here, and we've made so many new friends. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and I can’t recommend this experience enough. You don’t want to miss out!

This gym is Outstanding! Skilled trainers, workouts that have given me great results and best of all, great Community. I always leave feeling accomplished. The workouts are scalable so anyone can do them- At 61 years young I’m down 15 pounds and am feeling fit, healthy, and strong. I could not have done it without CrossFit Defy!

I really enjoy this gym. The trainers are knowledgeable and help you push yourself but also help you customize a workout to your ability. The members are awesome and make it a great atmosphere to workout. Everyone is encouraging and easy to be around. I look forward to going every day and that’s something I havnt said about working out in a while.

Love going to CrossFit, can you say that about your gym? You get to enjoy class sizes under 12, which allow the opportunity for the coaches to coach you. They will work with you based off your abilities and can recommend how to scale appropriately, while building up your skills. They offer fundamental classes, M-S CrossFit classes, and open gym. No excuse to not be able to make it in! Come see what all the fun is about. Not sure yet, check out their instagram and all the smiling faces after they’ve worked out!

CrossFit Defy has seriously gone beyond my expectations. The classes are amazing and the people are even greater. 1000/10 gym. So glad I became a member! I highly recommend this place to anyone. After every class I feel like I’m getting better and better!
