Visited during a vacation in Arizona. The staff and members are very friendly, and the equipment and space are meticulously maintained. I really enjoyed that they had a specific gymnastics-focused session available once a week. Parking is limited. You can sign up for classes on their website directly by going to the "schedule" page.

Such a fabulous time last summer at CrossFit Flagstaff. It was great to visit such a welcoming box, added with an exceptional community with super friendly people and a brilliant coach Lisa Ray! Hard MetCon at 7000 feet. Thank you all again

Seems most of the reviews here are from tourists visiting. I wanted to share that my experience as a local to Flagstaff that this box has been an absolute joy to be a part of. The coaches are great and very helpful. The equipment is in great shape. And the owner is awesome and always knows how to push you to do your best. Worth every penny in my opinion.

Dropped in here while my family and I were on Spring Break. Great location and very friendly and knowledgeable coaches. It was very easy to but a punch card online and book classes for the week. They have a wide variety of classes and times, to try including Olympic Lifting which I thought was great. Lots of room and equipment. They are even dog friendly! Thank you so much for being accommodating to my husband and me!! Will defiantly come back if we are back in Flagstaff.

I was in Flagstaff on vacation from Texas and looking for a good CrossFit gym and I decided to try CrossFit Flagstaff. I ended up going every day for almost a week while we were in. This place is awesome! They have a great coaching staff and do a very good job of programming. I will definitely be back. Thank y’all so much!!

CrossFit Flagstaff is amazing! The new owner does custom programming and I am confident it's the best workout in flagstaff! I love that they coach to all levels but the programming is super challenging so that you can always scale back if you need to but you're guaranteed to get an amazing workout. Great music, equipment and people! There is no workout like CrossFit that combines HIIT with strength. Keeps both my mind and body in shape. Love the community. Encourage everyone to give it a try!
