CFFB has always felt like home to me! I started going in 2019 and have been back now in full swing. They meet you at your need and really facilitate a safe space to grow your courage in the movements as well as pushing you to new heights. I’m super grateful for the coaches who take the time to encourage, demonstrate and lead me through the movements for each class. They have early morning classes, evening classes, kids classes and an incredible recovery room! If you are looking for a gym to build muscle and community, Flashbang is the spot for you!

Best gym in East County! Flashbang has a phenomenal community (it’s like a big family) and the owners are the best. The recovery room is a huge plus (sauna and cold plunge). I have a work schedule with odd hours so it’s helpful being able to come workout any time of day with the 24 hour access on days I can’t make a set class time. I couldn’t recommend this gym more.

The coaches and the people are very nice and make the gym fun. When I first started here I walked in thinking that it was just a regular gym where people just do their own thing/not be social But very quickly, I realized that CrossFit Flashbang is a very loving community. It is very easy to Fit in and be apart of The CrossFit Flashbang community/fam. CrossFit as a beginner was pretty hard, but helped me to become more Healthy/better shape/better mindset/And a better cross fitter. With that, you can set your goals, and beat your goals. I definitely recommend crossFit Flashbang.
