His attentiveness and focus on proper technique make every workout feel safe and effective. He’s also incredibly motivating and encouraging, always pushing you to do your best while creating a supportive and positive atmosphere. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the gym and given a tour by Steven. Then he explained how the classes work. I felt welcome and the workout was suited to my fitness level, as there were options for modifications. I was offered form adjustments which were super helpful and I loved the class environment! Coach Steven was around the whole time and available to answer any questions and offer help. I will definitely be coming back ?

Great gym, feels like home and family! My way to decompress after work! Very Attentive, positive, encouraging couches, always there for you to assist with technique and form, help to modify and accommodate any exercise as needed, which is very important. Ruby is doing a great job as a new instructor! Steven, Pete and Ivet are amazing mentors and professionals!

I was honestly very intimidated to join HV. I thought CrossFit was only for athletes or people with lots of experience. My awesome sister motivated me to join HV boot camp with coach Steven and Ruby. When I lack confidence, the coaches remind me that challenges are an opportunity for growth. I feel so much more confident and stronger now. The great workouts and the kindness from the coaches have been a game changer for me. I spend a lot of time at home taking care of dogs and being able to get out of the house and interact with kind, joyful people is a must for me. If you decide to join, you already got a friend here. You are not alone in this.

First time in a long time in a fitness setting, everyone was very warm and welcoming. Ivet was extremely helpful with establishing my form and pushing and guiding me through the workout. Ivet was very approachable, so I felt that I could go to her if I had any questions, although I never had too being that she explained everything in an easy to understand and relatable way. Being a beginner, I never felt lost or unsure during the entire session. I could tell that she knew her stuff and that I was in good hands. After the work out I was spent, but nothing can top that feeling of accomplishment for putting in that hard work first thing in the morning! Thank you again Ivet, looking forward to your next class!

I am very pleased with Steven and his team.Steve and his team are professional and always take the time to make to answer any questions. Additionally, they also make time to educate athletes on nutrition as well as workout technique. Not only are they knowledgeable but they wlso pump you up when you need that extra push!
