During our 3 week stay at my parents, we were looking for a CrossFit gym nearby. From the beginning, Philip, David and the rest of his staff were super welcoming and taught us so much while we were here. We were impressed by the quality of the workouts as well as the positive atmosphere of the gym. Children are welcome! We are so grateful to have found this place and meet amazing people 🙂 We highly recommend!

This is no regular gym. People are very serious about their workouts. Guys and girls work out together as teams, I mean they don’t fool around. I was very impressed by the instructor Phil and the competitive spirit in the gym. I could see the substantial progress in my son, 35 he has made in his bodybuilding and weight loss he wanted to achieve in a surprisingly short period. Wish you all good luck.

Crossfit Hoka hey is the definition of how a Crossfit box should be. I love the family environments do the workouts are always challenging. If you are new to the game the trainers will be there to teach and watch your form. Rachel and Phil are serious about your physical health. Come do trial week.
