I dropped in during a family vacation to Hot Springs and dropped in on a Friday afternoon. The owner/coach was very welcoming and ran a great class. It would have been easy to ignore a drop in but I got some good coaching! If I lived here this would be the gym for me. I recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I dropped in to CrossFit Hot Springs for three workouts while visiting in town. The people and community were friendly and very welcoming. Jay, the head coach and owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the workouts and programming were top notch. Highly recommend this box!

This is one of the cleanest gyms i’ve ever stepped foot into! Jay is an all around amazing guy and runs a great gym with very nice well kept equipment and great programming. If you are in hot springs don’t hesitate to drop in!!

Awesome gym, has everything you need, and friendly members/owner! I travel a lot & it can often be hard to find a gym with decent weightlifting equipment but this gem had it all covered plus the nicest people. It is hard to find a spot like this!

Great gym full of fit, kind, and encouraging people! Coach/Owner Jay challenged me in my fitness but also listened and watched closely. I'll be coming back when I'm in town!
