Three years ago, I joined CrossFit Incendia, and it has been an amazing experience ever since. The coaches are fantastic, always providing the right mix of challenge and support. They have helped me achieve goals I never thought possible. What makes this gym truly special is the community. CrossFit Incendia is a magical place filled with STELLAR coaches (Lacey & Cliff) & Kind/Helpful people (Izzy, Kara, Adam & many names I can’t remember) that make you feel WELCOME. I was on Vacation, picked this Box based on the pictures, reviews & location & Boy did I choose wisely!!! I was intimidated (I’m 54 & No Alpha), but really wanted to try this place out & get in some “Work”. I will now go again next year for ALL 7-Days & not just 4. The owner David kept in contact with me & could not have been nicer. BOTH coaches knew I was only visiting, but actually coached me! They cared about the moves I was doing & that I was doing things safely & accurately. It is truly the Incedia members & positive environment that really spoke to me. I couldn’t wait to come back each morning. If you are looking for a new Box or a place to try out CrossFit……THIS is the place for YOU!!! I wish I lived in AZ & could WOD here daily!!! CrossFit Incendia is the perfect place if you enjoy being cheered on while questioning all your life choices mid-workout. The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive, it’s almost unfair—you can’t even pretend to slack off. And the members? They’re annoyingly nice and motivating, like a cult of fitness overachievers who also happen to be super fun.
