Great gym with good equipment. It has everything I need for any kind of workout! Someone mentioned that it used to be a power lifting gym prior to it becoming part of the Crunch franchise. Few pieces of equipment is on the older side, but it still works great.

They have the larger traditional room with cardio machines, free weights, cables, weight machines, etc. and few other rooms to workout if you don’t want to be crowded.

Each locker room has its own sauna (at least the men’s locker room does).

Thank you to the franchise owners and the excellent staff for providing the service and space to perform workouts. I joined 15 years ago when this facility was PowerHouse and appreciate the staff from both franchises for providing the fitness tools and exercises to positively impact my health. This is my first gym for which I became a member. Entering the gym in the beginning was a little intimidating but over time that is no longer the case. Very happy to be a member!! No Limits....

It's ok. Nice and big but bball court is old and not too kept. Machines are well maintained, rarely are they broken. There is a lot of personal trainers. Martin is the manager, but carefully with him. Friendly but he sort of lied to me, omitted information that resulted in me having to pay an extra month for personal training session I had told him I wanted to cancel originally 4 months prior.

I absolutely do not recommend it!
Avoid the head coach. No communication, no answer if you have a question.Not friendly, not flexible. I had the worst experience with him!
Do not under any circumstances sign up for training with them, do not commit to them because you will lose your money!

I have been to almost every gym in the valley this place is by far the low of the low. I have never seen one person clean. Food on the floor. Locker rooms are disgusting. I was lied to by two different managers about the tanning remodel. Staff is very unfriendly. If you are looking for a gym this is not the one! They will also never let you talk to the Manager in charge. Everyone that answers the phone is a manager but they wont let you cancel. Bad Bad place!!

This is my regular gym. I have come to this gym since it was the power house, everyone is so nice and respectful for the most part, but today, TODAY!!!! Saturday january 4th at 2pm when everyone and their moms is here for New Year’s resolutions and just being Saturday…. And all the fans are off…. ALL.OF.THEM. Excuse was they are some that are “loose” …. Well then….. fix them!!!!!! It was so hot in there…. I’m surprised no one passed out….

The gym is decent, I have yet to come across any broken machines and it is fairly empty in the early mornings. The locker rooms are a little run down and the showers smell like someone waffle stomped the aftermath of a taco bell meal down the drain.

I had a terrible experience with the Kids Club staff Nancy at Crunch in Chatsworth. The woman working there consistently acts unprofessional and makes it very uncomfortable for parents. She goes out of her way to question whether you belong there, seemingly to avoid watching your kids. It comes across as discriminatory, and the way she interacts feels borderline racist.
On the rare occasions when my kids were allowed in, she made inappropriate comments about how they "don’t look their age" and how "big" they are. It's rude and unnecessary, especially when all we want is a safe and welcoming space for our children while we work out.
Crunch should seriously reevaluate who they have running the Kids Club. Parents deserve better than this judgmental and unwelcoming attitude.
