I have been bringing my 9-year-old to D1 in Chandler for a few weeks now, and it has been a fantastic experience. The coaches are excellent with him, and he absolutely loves coming here. Flew in from Canada to visit a cousin of mine here in Phoenix. As a national athlete, I was looking for a facility that would accommodate athletes and the genre of training I do. The staff at D1 were very welcoming, friendly and ensuring my needs were met. I would 100% recommend this facility to athletes and those wanting to push themselves to become a better version of them. Highly recommend D1. Both of my sons play ice hockey and we have noticed how positively the D1 strength training has impacted their strength and endurance on the ice. The coaches are great and they love the workouts.

We love D1. It is excellent for athletic performance trading for endurance and strength. My son is 9 and plays football. It pushes him and has built a ton of endurance! I enjoy watching him. Facility is clean and all the trainers are awesome!!

My 10 year old son really enjoys going to D1. He has been going for about 9 weeks and looks forward to going each time. It is a great workout. The coaches make a point to learn their name quickly, Cross is the best!
