Booked an appt for an in-person intake and I no longer needed the appt because I found another clinic that will take my insurance so I cancelled the appt online 48 hours before my booked appt. I even called the next day to make sure the cancellation was done and was told the refund will be processed soon. It's been over 48 hours and still no refund then the customer service rep asked me to wait for another 2 days. They took my payment right away when I was still on the phone booking this appt but it takes very long to refund when I don't need the service anymore. I had a refund coming from a foreign country faster than this.

My experience with Christine has been nothing but positive! She's easy to talk to and understand. I came to her after receiving muscle relaxers from my regular Dr. , which I was uncomfortable taking. Glad I made the choice to call her! After a few sessions, my back and neck pain have almost completely went away.

Dr. Christine and her nutritionist Lindsay are thorough, patient and quite knowledgeable. After just a few weeks on a program to eliminate problem foods, reintroduce selectively, and clean out my gut with a mix of nutraceuticals, I am beginning to feel more energy.

They cover the whole wellness spectrum, including sleep issues and stress reduction.

After each major consultation, I am sent a summary of the notes and recommended steps going forward -- a documented treatment plan and updates. That's something I haven't received from any other medical professional, and it's very helpful in keeping me on the same page with my doctors and on track.

Lindsay sent me a list of the 15 foods we agreed I will reintroduce in the next six weeks, and included a list of recipes, so I can be as comfortable as possible with the reintroduction.

Overall, I have a long way to go, but I'm feeling confident that I'll conquer long-standing digestive (and other) issues and restore my energy.
