My therapist is so lovely, idk about the other years but 2024 they definitely have great receptionists and caring staff, I never feel a bother here ! Any young adults who are looking here i promise it’s worth it 🙂 but everyone’s different take everyone’s review with a grain of salt

I've been going to this center for 7 years now and the therapists I've had in the past were always so good to me. They make me feel seen and I feel safe. This place is like a second home to me. The staff are nice and they always keep me updated with the therapist's schedule. Sometimes they forget to send it out so be sure to kindly remind them to send the schedule. The place is really clean and always smells good!

Our coping skills & relationships within our family have developed stronger giving us an unbelievable bond helping us communicate daily. This review is for the new people wanting to check this place out since they love to hound people for reviews to make this place appear like it's a good business! It breaks my heart to see how wonderful these other people were treated while getting "care" from this place but this was NOT the case for me!! People deserve to know this even if it's been years later and make their own choice. I just hope if you do decide to get care here, you have better luck than I ever did! I will NEVER trust this place and will continue to tell everyone my story!

This place used to be great! I even left an amazing review for them, and then suddenly, this year, the people in charge of appointments stopped being on top of scheduling properly. Wouldn't send the codes for Zoom meetings until minutes before the meeting and claim that they already sent it, which is a lie! So they have liars working in the front. Then my very own counselor proved to me that she wasn't actually listening to me because I on purpose would repeat things I've already talked about and she would act as if it was the first time hearing it! The people "working" here only care about getting their necessary hours done to complete their degree. Once they're done, they leave. That's how that place works! So if you're seeking REAL COUNSELING, DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not give out the right type of care for children either.... What counselor says they're going to stop seeing a child because they don't talk to them and then not even try to find another counselor that might be more accommodating to that child?!?! This place is a joke...
They (aka: The woman who runs the place) will also stalk you about any negative review you leave this place! That is definitely NOT OK!!! Calling you multiple times, texting, and emailing you without you ever giving them permission to contact you after stopping services! That's EXTREMELY CREEPY!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! You're supposed to be helping people with mental health, not making them feel like they can't trust anyone!! That's exactly what this place has done to me!
*Kind of an odd coincidence that this place would only have a ton of positive reviews right around the time I left a negative review, and yet no one has bothered to leave a review since! Doesn't seem like anything has changed months later... I'm so glad I stopped coming here, and I hope more people look at these reviews and not just the "positive" ones. My review was given after using their services for over a year! Of course, they're always great in the beginning... but then you get to see how they truly are, which is unreliable and not trustworthy...(Counselors and office staff combined) I hope this helps whoever needs to make a decision on to trust this place or not! Everyone's mental health matters! Get the proper care you deserve!!

Deep Wellness Center is so amazing. My kids love it here! They have the best counselors, who not only listen to your children but they also communicate with the parents. I've seen so much growth in my kids since they started with Deep Wellness Center. Counselors are super friendly and the office staff is amazing! They're always kind and treat you with respect!💛

My therapist Frances Rivera is an amazing and beautiful woman inside and out! Been seeing her for about a month now and she has really helped me through some things. And made me feel better about who I am. Highly recommend and encourage people!!!
