I have not gone to the course at this point, but did just call to get some questions answered. The first is, online it suggest this is a semi-private course. I found that was incorrect. That was understandable. And the gentleman confirmed it was a full private course. What makes me frustrated with this course and most private facilities is that they don’t have any special deals for military, disabled veterans, law enforcement, etc. I am a disabled veteran and is anyone knows the kind of money we get, I will never be able to afford these toes of fees needed for memberships. I don’t agree with that decision. Everybody is like “we thank you for your service, protecting our way of life, keeping our streets safe and clean around Memorial Day and Veterans Day. We love you all! But the minute you ask “May I please pay for a round of golf” because I can’t afford your membership fees” I get “sorry no deals for the military. I guess the privileged would feel less privileged if a disabled veteran was aloud to play one round on their course. Now my three stars is not because they were rude or anything like that. I’m sure they have the utmost respect to their members and member guests. It’s solely because I feel if one fights for their country it should at least come with some minor benefits like being able to “pay” to play golf at beautiful facilities.

Our son had his wedding here in the month of December. They had originally set a date for late May, but ended up pushing it forward to accommodate a family member who was moving away. Del Rio had a date available and was very helpful in working with us, to get everything together within a 3 month time frame! They were patient as we made our selections from their menu and table dressings. They were able to accommodate special dietary needs with the appetizers, as well as the menu, for the bride and a couple of other family members. The food was delicious! The staff was very professional, and never made us feel like a nuisance with our requests. The lights above the tables all had inverted Christmas trees hanging from them for a festive and unique look! Del Rio is a terrific location for a wedding reception!

Great atmosphere, great staff, great vibes, great, great, great, great. Everyone is friendly on top of your needs and willing to go out of their way, which makes the experience that much better. So if in or around Modesto and want a good place for lunch, Del Rio country club is the place. did I say great atmosphere? You won't be disappointed.

Wow that was fun! The course is in excellent condition with sand in the bunkers! My shank decided to join us on this day so my score was higher than a kite! Lol

Is a beautiful place, but the dining room was like a oven the air conditioner wasn't working,,,I think is embarrassing for them no to have a technician on site ,,,, going to this place is not cheap,,,,so they should have to have everything on working order
